The Teams
Since our start in 1992, MDHC Ladies section has gone from strength to strength.
The 1st team (captained by Lou Kippen) finished the 07/08 season middle table of the Women’s North division 2 league, the 2nd team (captained by Hayley Johns) finished 2nd in the first division of the Lancashire leagues winning promotion for the second season running and the 3rd team (captained by Jess Squires) finished fifth in the Third Division. Another great season for MDHC Ladies!
Training
Our training sessions are held at the University of Cumbria Astroturf pitch, Lancaster on Wednesday evenings from 7pm – 8.30pm.
Match Days
Home games are played on a Saturday at the University of Cumbria, either at 12.30pm or 3.30 pm. To download this years fixtures, click here.
Umpires
We are always looking for volunteers to umpire to ensure we can play all our games on a Saturday. We value our umpires and encourage players to take their umpire qualifications. We welcome new umpires.
