Morecambe and District Hockey Club held their annual Presentation Evening on Saturday 4th April at The Elms Hotel.
The Winners for the 2008/2009 season were:

3rd Team Player of the Year – Grace Burneside
Most Improved Player of the Year – Katie Whitehouse
Junior Player of the Year – Siobhan Dalton
Senior Player of the Year – Sue Horrobin

1st Team Player of the Year – Matthew Wright
2nd Team Player of the Year – Karl Pearcy
3rd Team Player of the Year – Richard Belk
Most Improved Player of the Year – Matthew Wright
Junior Player of the Year – Alex Belshire
Veterens Player of the Year – Andy Metcalfe

During the evening presentations were also made to Lou Kippen and Lesley Owen, who are both hanging up their kits after many years at the club. Thank you to both of you for all your hard work and commitment to the club over the past few years.
